Are labs required for either AP Physics B or C?

I know they are for AP Chem in order to get credit, does this work the same for AP Physics? Thanks.

  1. Depends on the college. First of all, the college will not know if you are doing labs in any of your ap courses. Colleges for science classes will most likely give you credit for a lecture class but not a lab class, and it does not depend which science class, either chemistry or physics. You may get the college to give you credit for the labs if you can show them the lab work done in your ap class. So it does not matter if you do labs in the class because you will probably still have to take the lab class in college.

  2. Yes, absolutely.
