If i've already gotten a 5 on the AP test, should i still take the AP class?

Nope, just get the score sent to the school of your choice and they should give you credits according to their policy.

No point in taking the AP class if you already took the test and got a 5 on it.  You'll be bored, and it's not necessary.  If a college awards credit based on AP scores, you'll get the credit, regardless of whether or not you took the class.

if you think you can improve yourself then take the AP other wise stop dreaming about AP...it would be harder for you to cope up with the class afterwards.

No. You have achieved the highest score possible on the test, so you probably would not learn anything new in the class. Just have your score sent to the colleges you wish to apply to and you will receive credit.
