AP test scores?

i got a 1 on my euro AP test and i know you dont have to sent your score to the colleges but will the fact that u took and passed the class itself count for anything?

  1. Taking and passing the class will count with colleges just as much as any other class you took, but it won't give you anything special.

If you took the class and passed the AP exam with a 3 or higher, then you will get college credit for it, which means during college you don't have to take that course again, because they think you already know it, if you take enough AP classes and pass with them, you have a chance of graduating half a year or a year earlier than you would usually graduate.

    A 3.5 gpa is really good, I think you have a high chance of getting into UCI and UCSD, maybe even UCB or UCLA, just keep up your grades and study a lot the coming year and senior year, and raise your gpa to around 3.75 by the end of senior year. Get SAT scores around 1600s and I'm sure you'll get in. I have a friend who is going to UCI and he got about a 1600 on his SATs and he had a gpa of around 3.55. Good Luck
