APA format: I use MS Word and once ....?

Question

Once upon a time when typing a paper and inserting my references I was able to indent the 2nd and 3rd lines of a citation (which APA calls for). Not sure what I did, but now I can't...........

Anyone have any ideas?

Highlight your text and right click. Go to 'paragraph' and in the window that pops up there will be an 'indentation' section and select 'hanging' from the pull down bar called 'special'. Then hit 'ok'. Good Luck
