APA style block quotations?

I'm doing a research paper and need to use a couple block quotes. In the instructions on the APA website it shows a block but I can't figure out how to get the box around it..haha..help! ;D

  1. The only thing that you need to worry about in APA style quotes is if the quote is more than four lines long. Block quotes aren't necessary... just make reference to your source and put the quote in quotation marks if it is a short one. If it's long though, you need to indent.


  2. What do you need a box for? you just write it. BLock style is longer than four lines of quotes.
