Can anyone describe the cultural and social interaction and exchange between the english settlers and indiana in Virginia, and the effects of the Virginians' policy of warfare and forced removal?

  1. the white settlers forced the natives to get lost, killed them, introduced diseases to them, alcohol, drugs, etc so as to undermine their tradition and culture and hence subservience to the white settlers.  its history that cant be turned back.  so lets move on.

    natives occupied prime land - riverine areas which settlers wanted.   how silly there is so much land and they cld hv lived side by side in peace but they chose warfare and forced removal.

    this is human nature - greed!  the exchange was one-sided as evident in various books and even movies - john wayne the good guy, the indians the killers!
