ARE THERE ANY COUNTRIES IN THE WORLD WHERE INDIAN DOCTORS can workWITH GOOD SALARIES?

i would like to know if there are any countries in the world other than USA , UK , AUS , NEW ZEALAND , INDIA where indian doctors are valued for their capabilities and can get good salaries . i am a medical graduate from ukriane and am now doing my one year internship in india. i would like to go to other countries to practise medicine as a doctor . i would like to know about countries that directly recruit doctors from india and also through exams . please kindly contact me if any one of you has any information regarding my questions. thank you .

dear dr. r u dont think that other countries can give us more salary but in the exchange of our dignity & freedom, and we have to work like a slave,
