I know the song that you're talking about but unfortunately I don't know its title. I couldn't find it online either. As for Marian Rivera, she is one of the newer actresses in the Philippines now. The dance album that you mentioned is entitled 'Marian Rivera Dance Hits' wherein she presented the choreography for each of the songs included in the compilation. The song 'So s**y' was sung by Soul Control.
