or even "nutri system"? What is the difference, other than the price, than if someone went to store and bought a bunch of frozen dinners?? Like lean cuisine's or whatever?

those products will cost you approximately 12.00 per day, plus the cost of membership.  I found most of the meals inedible, and had to buy additional foods to meet the nutritional and caloric requirements..they are by no means complete.  You would do better to buy a good kitchen scale and weigh your food and count calories.
