if I wanted to learn electrical work which branch would be better?

  1. Navy has the best schools all the way around, in just about anything that has a civilian component.

  10. I know someone joining the Army for electrical stuff he seems convinced the army was a better choice.

  11. Your going to get an equivelent training in both services.  If you want to have a better lifestyle, the AF is still better than the Army.

  12. First, no Navy unless you like being stuck on a ship and stinking all day.

    I went to school on an Air Force base.... I say Air Force.

  13. any service can help you become an electrician. Once you served your country, you can join the helmets to hardhats program which is run by the IBEW.

  14. If you wanted to be treated like an adult and spend little or no time in a war zone join the Air Force.

    Otherwise join the Army.
