ARe Terra chips (vegetable chips) healthy?

I recently bought a box of Terra chips, are these things healthy?

or are they the same as dorritos and other potato chips

  1. They have some nutritional value, but they are only as 'healthy' as potato chips.

    Think about it: potatoes are vegetables too.

    Potato chips are vegetable chips. They're all deep fried, and they are all delicious. This is just a marketing gimmick. They're no more or less nutritionally valuable.


  2. They are a little bit more healthy than other chips, but not much.   They have about the same fat and calories, but have a few more vitamins and fiber.

  4. Depends on the type of oil used to fry them, and how much salt is used. I suppose they would be healthier than potato chips but not by much

  6. No they're not all that healthy, as touted to be, granted you do get more vitamins and stuff than regular potato chips. It is still deep fried. If you must eat them, only eat a 1 serving allowance.
