ARe breakfast burritos bad for you?

like one with egg, cheese, sausage? If only eat one once in awhile for breakfast?

  1. Everything in moderation.  Eggs, cheese and sausage are a heart attack waiting to happen if eaten too frequently.  But an occasional breakfast burrito is ok.

    Try this, though, to make it a tad healthier.  Use a low carb or  a whole wheat tortilla.  Use two egg whites instead of a whole egg, add a dab of salsa to give it some zip, a tablespoon of shredded cheese and some crumbled, browned turkey sausage.  It's really delicious.   Much, much healthier than it's evil twin with all of the fat.


  2. I had 2 every day 5 days a week from Mc D's for near a decade before retiring..

  3. Take all the worst foods for you and wrap them in a tortilla and you have the breakfast burrito.  But if you only eat them once in a while, it's fine.  It's all about moderation.  

  4. No, it not bad for you but if you over do it then it can be.  Anything you over do is bad for you

  5. Not if you haven't eaten for two weeks.. And not if you have been a VERY VERY VERY good girl and want to treat yourself.

    Huevos rancheros is even better, MUCH better all the way around.... sigh ..... yum...
