  2. There would not be any health risks other than the environment, that is stepping in a hole or getting run over by a truck.

    The time of day you run doesn't affect  your body.

    Your body doesn't care if you run at 0600 or 2400.

    Dress for the weather, run in a safe place, just do it.

  3. yeah...if you havent trained for it and you exert your body more then it can go you can have serious problems there...make sure you train your body to be able to endure that much running.

    its like training your dog to swim 100 yards then saying here, swim 600 yards now.

    The health benefits far outstrip any possible risks.  There is anecdotal evidence to suggest some clot risk in early morning running, but not in the 11-12 PM window you suggest.

    Running at night always poses risks of encountering inattentive drivers, etc.
