You could check into repositioning cruises, though I don't think there are many that end in the Caribbean [except for San Juan].

Some of the cruise lines do world cruises, and you can buy "one way" passage from one port to another.  I know that Cunard does this with the QE2, and there are some one way trips on the QM2.  The majority of cruise travel ends at the same port that you start at.   All of the Caribbean cruises do this.
