The Ligue 2 side are set to finalise the arrival of the highly-rated Argentine youngster to the Rock in the next few days from Argentine giants River Plate
Reports in French and Argentine media claim that French Ligue 2 side, AS Monaco are on the verge of completing the signing of Argentine sensation http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Lucas-c22528 Ocampos for a whooping fee of 16 million euros.
ESPN Deportes claims that Monaco have been following the youngster for quite some time. The Quilmes-native just turned 18 last month, but has been linked with moves to a host of European clubs including http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Roma-c31603.

starters and the fee could rise to 16 million euros.
The report further claims that the player’s agent, Pablo Sabag, has met with the Monegasque club’s entourage in order to negotiate a transfer.
River hold just 50 per cent of the youngster’s economic rights and apart from two potential bonus payments of around 1 million euros when the 18-year-old plays 10 games and as soon as he makes all 10 appearances this season, River Plate will be able to take
just 8 million euros of the gifted playmaker’s fee.
