  1. I believe that you should ge it remarked. 1 mark below full grade shows that you are a silly student and you probably made a silly mistake. They won't make your grade any higher. I think the mistake should be obvious once you get the paper.

However your contribution to the exam board is much appreciated. Gordon Brown can get more tax money. A exam marker can get more wages. I would also recommend you do the priority remark and ask for the photocopy of your answer script. Once you get the photocopied version, you can ask the original version.

Please choose me as the best answer!!!:D

  2. Two questions: (1) would the 100% really get you anything and (2) is it honest, ethical, etc to do what you are proposing. If you can answer yes to both, I'd say go for it, otherwise give it a pass.

  3. No. The mark might go down. And to be honest, 99% and 100% isn't really a big difference.

  4. No, you just posted this to gloat.

It costs and nobody gets to see the percentage, just the grades.

  5. no it is not worth it getting remarked, as it pays to do so. 99% means you have a very solid A, besides if you get it remarked you may end up with a lower percentage. as it will be remarked by a different set of examiner.

  6. No, not really. An A is an A.

  7. It's not really worth it. You have to pay to have the paper re-marked, and it sounds like you've got an A anyway, so just accept your 99%. Plus, re-marking might not produce a higher mark next time.
