AT&T 3G Iphone text plan?

I have purchased the 5$ 200 text a month plan with AT&T. When I look at my online bill it shows that I have used 58 of 187....last time I checked 187 wasn't the new 200. I'm paying for 200 so I expect to get 200. Am I not seeing something here or should I talk with an AT&T rep about this?

First, go thru the FAQ section of the site ...... I gues that would be due to taxes (I highly doubt it though)....
