AT&T Cell Phone- purchased from Walmart?

I purchased my AT&T cell phone 17 days ago from Walmart. I used a cleaner on my cell phone screen and now it is VERY cloudy, so to speak,

in the bottom corner. The "warranty" they offer is a 30 day exchange period. On the paperwork it doesn't specify what the limitations are. Do you think I would be eligible to exchange my phone?
