Using AT&T long distance services, or just AT&T in general; do you get charged long distance fee for receiving calls from out of state on a landline? Does it matter if the call is coming from a cell or landline?

  1. its the person who is calling u is the one getting charged for the call


  2. No, they won't charge you anything unless it's a collect call.
