AT&T Samsung phone goes to voice mail after only 2 rings, how do I change it?

It is set up for a normal ring tone and I cannot find any other setting that even hints at how many rings it should ring before going to voice mail. How do I change this?

Type in this code as if you were making a call and press the green send/call button. Replace the "X" with your phone number.  The Number on the end is the number of seconds the phone will ring before voice mail answers.  I put in 29 but feel free to lower it if need be.

If you go higher than 30s you will get charged a minuet for the phone call, even if you do not answer.
