AT&T U-Verse TV to Computer Capabilities?

I have AT&T U-verse and the internet and tv connect together through fiber optics. I'm wondering if there is a way I can stream video from my computer to the u-verse tv box since they both connect into the modem. Kind of like streaming from computer to xbox 360. The tv box has a DVR (kind of like tivo), anyone know if this is possible?

Streaming video from a PC to a U-verse set top box is not currently supported by AT&T.

Having said that, it seems to me it should be technically possible, and it is such an obvious feature.  Hopefully AT&T is listening and will have it in the future.
