AT&T cellphone Service question?

I just switched to AT&T like 2 days ago. Under the menu it has things such as settings, messages..and theres even one called "Cellular Video"

When i go into that one, i can view videos of various shows.

Is this a free feature on the phone or It is considered as "going on the internet", therefore charging you to do that.

I believe there is a charge for that, call 611 from your cellphone, & speak to customer service to be sure!!!!!
