AT&T texting plan? Help!?

I just got the AT&T texting plan that's 200 texts for $5 a month. I was wondering if that plan is only for texts to other AT&T users or if it applys to texting people on other plans. Please, help me out! Thanks!

  1. That applies to anyone, even AT&T users.  It also consists of sent or received text messages, read or unread.


  2. It is for texting everyone but it is incoming and outgoing... say you text you mom that's 1 less you have then she texts you back that takes another off
