could atlantis have been in santorini? please provide proof and why you think that it may or may not be so

I relally do believe there is a atlantis but it is not possible to go that deep because i dont' think that someone could just make that up and i would love to go into studying that and maybe soon in the future it will be possible somone can go down deep into a abuise and find atlantis i hope you like my answer. . . . . .   :D

I beleive it existed and is some where under alot of water just like California will be some day and do you know Florida loses inches of land every year...so much for beach property.

Ah, Atlantis, yes, I believe it used to exist, but not anymore. It is but a ruin now.

Lots  of scientints believe that was the lost part of Santorini after the great volcanic eruption and also the believe that the tidal waves reached Crete and destroyed the Part of Knossos , vanishing the Minoic civilization

Apparantly, atlantis was surposed to be created by other beings. Personally I don't believe it but i do believe that there was something very powerful that destroyed it. If it wasnt destroyed by some powerful being, we would still be looking for it .........
