  1. the standard heat of formation reaction forms 1 mole of what ever you wish , in what ever form you wish (solid, liquid or gas),...

    but forms what you wish from elements in their most common state where their dHf = 0

    10 C (s, graphite) & 7.5  H2(g) & 2.5 N2 (g) & 6.5 O2 (g) & 3 P (s,white)  --> 1 ATP
