ATSC TV Tuner for laptop and standard tv screen?

It seems that there should be product out there that will work as a set top box for a standard tv but also let me hook it up via usb or firewire to my laptop and watch tv. I have yet to find one though does anyone else know of one? I want something I can take with me wherever I go and have tv reception for my laptop, desktop, projector or any tv.

I know there are set top boxes with pc outputs but that wouldn't work with a laptop because a laptop has no video input. So it would need to be a usb or firewire type connection.

Sure, just look for an external ATSC tuner with both video-out and USB. One example is the OnAir USB HDTV-GT.
