  1. I don't think the two is

    related.

    I don't think the government

    is keeping anything from us.

    I think more people are

    driving, and there's a bigger

    demand for gas.  When there's

a big demand for anything, the

    price goes.

  2. hmmm. good ?

they say.. "omg global warming".  but yet they are raising gas prices and BUILDING MORE AND MORE EACH DAY.

all that money should go to global warming.

and when they build they cut down trees and burn them and that goes into the air and contributes to global warming.

that was a very good question=]

  3. No

  4. You are correct to have a healthy skepticism of the government. However, a link between gas prices and global warming is unlikely.  Gas prices are increasing because: 1) investors have been riding the wave up, investing more as the price of oil continues to climb and 2) the government doesn't care to get involved too much in stopping it, because the higher the price, the more taxes they earn.  They will only make efforts to control the price if people complain loudly enough, the economy begins to fall apart, or right before an election they want to make themselves look good in order to get re-elected.

Global warming is not man made.  It is a natural cycle of the earth.  Claiming that it is man-made and that we can control it, is yet another tax-revenue invention by the government.  They will first brainwash everyone into believing global-warming is man-made (they have already made great progress on this front), then when they have enough believers to win a vote, they will pass so called "green-taxes".

  5. if I read one more Gas question I will douse myself in petrol and make the hole in the ozone bigger,,,

  6. No because the price of gas is real.

  7. I'm not sure.
