They say that out of 555 deaths, 100 were children. Out of 146,000 + treated, 27% were children.This statement illicits a "duh" from me. They are just coming out with this "Study". Sort of obvious to me. They certainly don't look safe. Why let children ride on them? Why bother having them wait to get a driver's license for a car then? I know a lot of adults take safety measures to keep their kids safe on these things but I bet more don't bother. Your opinion?
