AURAS: sometimes when I'm looking at my aura, there's red stuff all around it?

my aura is mainly green but sometimes when i'm looking at it theres tons of red all around it and i mean it fills the whole bathroom mirror. (which is pretty big, not super big but its not one of those small ones) so is that stuff coming from me or what? or is it just... idk. everywhere or my eyes are playing a trick on me. do you ever notice something similar?

usually I think of red as a scary color, like black, grey, bark blue. Red to me I think of it as selfishness.

Is it a full length mirror and what part of the body is it emitting from? Need more specifics to analyze because too much heat means you may have an imbalance of yin and yang- your Chi may be off. Usually when I encounter red, a deep shade, the individual I cleansed had internal bleeding, so you may want, if you believe and I think you might consider, is crystal healing and or a tuning fork but be extremely careful with the fork if you decide to go that route, you may need more than yourself to heal, unless you're a Pisces- they usually heal themselves quite well. Seeing aura's are an incredible experience.
