AUSSIES $600 Carers allowance bonus appeal?

I was approved for carers allowance in early june, but was backpayed from march, centrelink have requested a review on the $600 bonus for me but i am still waiting for a reply, is anyone else in the same situation??

I was approved for carers allowance on 16th May and was backpayed to February and when i inquired about the $600 i was told that you had to be approved and recieving payment on or before the 13th May to be elegible for the $600.
