AUUGHHH I can't beat my bench max!?

I've been stuck on my same bench weight max for months, it's making me mad I can't get past it, what am I doing wrong? I go to the gym every other day and do a complete full body strength workout (to the idiots who don't know anything about weight lifting, it's actually bad for your strength to work the same muscle everyday, you need to give it 48 hours rest, I did take strength and conditioning for 3 semesters in high school) Any suggestions?

  1. when you bench weight theres a sertain way to do it. Goto the weight room, lift as much as you can but make sure its not so much so you can do it 8 times, then take a break and do another 8, then break and another 8. /you shouldn't be stuck on the same weight for months. I play jv football  and work out a lot and this is how i do it for working out, also bout the wait 48 hours thing thats bull, i work out every day but sunday, the same muscles too, the burning and sornis is your muslcues ripping, and then growing back bigger...
