AV cables into a computer???

I have a project for school where we are making a surveliance robot. The video and audio is transmitted to our receiver which has they yellow and red audio video cables, and I want to know if there is some way to watch the video on the computer?

You need to get an adapter that transfers AV to USB, I have one, and it cost me about $100 Canadian about 2 years ago. Check any local computer warehouses or discount electronics stores to find a deal on one.. but that is the only way to do that
