AVG Anti Virus, Firefox Firewall, XSoft Spyware and Regcure - Is This Enough Protection?

Actually, my heading has said it all. I am very afraid of a PC crash and have all the above 'safeguards'. Is there anything else I need to get? I am also very afraid of these programs clashing, as I have read it could happen. Please advise me. I have only the free edition of AVG, does this offer adequate protection? Thanks in anticipation for all the answers I expect.

AVG Anti Virus = good, but not the best

XSoft Spyware and Regcure = c**p, lose them

Firefox Firewall = doesn't exist or is a malware - Firefox is a browser and Mozilla (the company that makes it) don't do firewalls.

Use these instead (you need them all and use as recommended):
