AVG Free- Virus Detected?

Question

Here's the info:

Virus found JS/Psyme

Infected"

It can neither be healed nor deleted. When I go to the specified location, I can't find a temporary folder.

Does anyone know what I need to do to see hidden files on a Vista?

Or how to get rid of the virus?

It's not listed in the virus glossary, so is it even worth worrying over?

Never found AVG to be a come on.  Their freeware is good and it'll delete what it finds, I've just found that Avast free is better at detecting and deleting plus stopping viruses prior to infection.  Neither Avast nor AVG work in safe mode but SuperAnti Spyware and MalwareBytes do, they're both good.
