AVG software question? please help?

Question

so i downloaded the software and i was running the scan and well there are some treats [virus]

and so i click on heal and this thing appear saying

DO YOU WANT TO FORCE THE TREAT REMOVAL

("FORCE REMOVAL CAN CAUSE SYSTEM UNSTABILITY OR EVEN CRASH")

should i click yes or no

i'm scared of clicking yes cause of what it said

You'll be fine.  It's often a very rare disclaimer of a worse case scenario.  If anything I would suggest switching from AVG to Avast.  Worse comes to worse, you'll have to reinstall Windows.

any other warning is like when you get operated and doctors tell you there is a chance of dying,,,, well I am still a life to tell the story...
