AVG users please help me with my problem?

as of today I tried to update my AVG but it would end saying connection failed and all that is it just happening to me or other are having the same issue.

Many are having the same problem as AVG is going through yet another system upgrade.

Since the release of V8 it has been plagued with problems, and i gave up on it completely and switched to Avast.

There seems to be a server problem with AVG. I have tried to do the update manually and get to a different point each time before it fails. You may just have to try again in a few hours or wait until tomorrow.
