AWESOME ANIME/MANGA like Shugo chara, special A, Gakuen Alice?

Question

yeah u get it - love and comedy. Girl's the main character. Uplifting and mm motivational? Something you can go crazy on for days - NOT pervertic (at least not too much) Good/silly/dumb/unrealistic storyline.

Any suggestions for anime or manga? Subbed. Just name the website n gimme a rough idea - 2 lines will do good.

P.S. Do you know where i can find shugo chara manga above 20 in english scanned? I have read the summaries till vol.7. But is there any...?

if you like special a and shugo chara you'll loooove

ouran high school host club it's amazing. it's really similar to special a but the characters are a little more developed, i love both of them.
