AZ State Law for stalking A girl

Question

OK this illegal mexican guy that worked at the same place my girlfriend and i worked is now stalking her.

we quit our jobs and for some reason this guy 3 months later is coming to her house a midnight knocking on her door and is freaking her out

she called me again tonight and told me and i went to her place and saw him pacing and smoking outside her door. i have a M18 police issued taser and he ran out into the orange groves and circled around got into his truck and left when he saw me.

my question is can i get into trouble if i tased this guy and called the police if he keeps coming back

this isnt right. we are 23 and 21

or what is a better way to handle this?

You should have your girl friend call the police and file a report and enquire more info with regards to this issue.

I wouldn't take this kind of matter into my own hands cause it could cause more problems. let the authorities handle it.

Also where did this guy get your gfs address/phone #?

If he got it from work, then you/your gf needs to have a talk with the person in charge. That is personal information they shouldn't be giving out

I'm Irish so I'm not well up on U.S. law but I think it would be much the same as here if you take the law into your own hands you are the one that will end up with court and possible jail time,go to the cops and also report him immigration.

Possible you should go to your nearest police Dept.and take out a estranging order on him
