The Swedish midfielder has been heavily linked with a move away from the Eredivisie outfit this summer, but the 24-year-old has stressed that he will not rush into any potential move.

“I say to all the clubs: I will wait until after the European Championship. I hope to make a new step in my career, but it is far from certain that I will leave this summer. I feel good at AZ”, Elm was quoted as saying to Voetbal International.
The midfield ace, who arrived at AFAS Stadion in the summer of 2009 after representing http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Kalmar-FF-c39661 in 96 appearances, has thus far donned the jersey of the Alkmaar outfit in 81 matches, and has managed to add his name to the score-sheet on 29 occasions.

Elm has admitted that pressure and media attention is far greater in other European clubs as compared to a Dutch top tier side.
