  1. Out thought, and out playd tonight. The Bokke were fantastic, and probably got the short end of the stick from a very nervous young referee.

Three tries to one and the first one ever in Dunnys. Can see why they creamed everyone at the WC - this new coach may be a cry baby, but man, the RSA scrum improved, and some of the sets the ran at us were brilliant.

Edit: Prank... shoosh, you make NZ fans look like sore lossers, sure there was a lot of whistle but to be fair, most of the calls went the AB's way, even if it did slow the game down, and look more like a game played under the old rules, RSA got the short end of the stick with the man child referee. The score line should have been much wider.

But mate they scored three tries to one! First win in ten years, and the first time ever at the brook, and after coming of a hiding the week before!  . . . the Bokke are the only team in the world that can do that.  give credit where credit is due and don't blame the bloody referee.

  2. Well put Terri All too often there are all the excuses layed down to absolve the responsibility of a loss. At no stage did the ABs ever look like they did in the second half of last weeks game, where they were convincing. Hopefully the new recruits will grow quickly, as there are some quality players. Bokke were better on the night.

  3. springboks 30 newzealand 28

    IN NEW ZEALAND

  4. Three tries to 1? Must have scored the 3rd one during halftime - only JP and Ricky scored for SA. As Graham said; the fairytale had to end at some stage, and what better way than to the WC champs. This AB team may be a bit thin on experience but they'll bounce back and take the Trinations. Its exciting to watch rugby and not know who will win it - this was great testrugby. Now, if only we can get those referees up to standard all excuses should dry up. Congrats to the Boks, black coach, transformed team and all - hopefully those who lambasted you before will shut up now.

  5. prankste, when are you people ever going to learn to lose gracefully. You were beaten by the better side on the night. The ref was even handed. I thought he did a good job. I was rooting for the ABs as well but they got beaten. That should be the end of the story, but no, you will go on and on with your one-eyed view till the next match. Look at the penalty count, look at the stas for time in opposition half. Look at it with an open mind.

  6. Hoping the AB's kick butt!!

We nearly did - d**n. It was close.

  7. All Blacks 27 Springboks 21

  8. Personally I think the AB's played the 'Boks into form in the first game. They have too much depth all round, and many of their RWC players have returned to their posts. The AB's have lost many of their experienced players to the NH.

NZ must try and keep their players, for if they do not then they will be tested and will be found wanting.

  9. springboks 30-28 abs on our soil. OMG

  10. what can be said the first time we lose the WC in the quarter finals now lose to the boks for the first time in 100 years at the house of pain . Only can blame ourselves didn't get rid of Henry and co and the hierarchy after the WC .

  11. hope the all blacks win...

  12. Absolute bull! the All Blacks werent "out thought and outplayed" at all. The stupid referee didnt know when to stop blowing his whistle and missed so many mistakes too! How many games has that guy referee'd? because he looked like a amateur who needs to go back to the books!

  13. hoping for an AB's win

  14. ^^^^

    youre right

he certainly didnt call new zealand for the numerous offsides when he should have.
