Ok Heres the deal. i weigh only 129LBs, Ive been exersiing since feb. i do cardio everyday and ab workout every other day.i can feel my abs really strong and ripped from under me and when i flex i can see them(6). everyone told me to loose weight to let the abs show and now im already 129lbs. what should i do?!!? im not understanding i excersise and my weight is 129 and i can feel all my fat on my abs.i feel them seperated and very strong just something is wrong with the fat.. plZ help!!!! tell me what i should do to get my abs more visible and strong and not loose soo much weight. THANK U
