What can I do to hit the side abs/LOVEHANDLE region and get that washboard stomach. I want to grate cheese on them lol. JK

  1. 1 hour cardio every other day.

    Squats...

    Leg lifts....

    Boxing...

    Colon Cleanse ....

    protein to build your washboard stomach!!!

  3. Meet John Basdow. get his dvd or sweatin in the spirit.

  4. cardio....u can have killer abs but if u have fat hanging then it will never show...so run, bike, swim....

  5. Just do heaps of sit ups every day. It'll work, trust me.
