  1. Listen you go on board a boat and anything happens you are liable most wrecks are documented even some are considered reefs.   In other words you move it and it falls apart any damages including those to the enviorment is all yours

  2. I would check with the local authorities.  They might even remove it for you due to possible environmental contamination.  If you move it and disturb and volatile chemicals (ie gas or oil) you may end up getting a hefty fine.  Now in my grandfather's day they would just drag it out to deep water and say goodbye to it.

    Good luck

  3. if it has registration #'s on the hull then it is registered to someone, you may be able to find out whom the owner is, by

    contacting your states parks dept.

if it has no #'s on it.......then it is fair game to do with as you wish.

which by the way i'd do anyway...after 2 yrs, who's gonna miss it ?

  4. I wonder, if maritime laws come into play here, if so it belongs to whoever hauls it off...I'd scan the USCG regs.  If it's a U.S. beach, or whomever your regulatory authority is.

  5. better check with the state police what  to do with it  OR  just move the friking thing and dont say nothing to anybody
