Abbeyvale Usher looks strong for A2 480m Flat
An A3 victory of the last month was a big morale booster for the P. Sallis trained white and black dog, Abbeyvale Usher, who is now quite confident to clinch top spot in the A2 480m Flat that will be held at Monmore racecourse on Thursday night, August 16.
In the £146 race, the two-year-old enthusiastic hound will fight against five worthy competitors after breaking from the orange box. The best thing about the dashing dog is that he has proved his skills equally well both at Hall Green and Monmore.
The talented son of Premier Fantasy out of Natalie Jacs On started his career on April 2, 2012, finishing as the runner-up in the T3 race. He moved ahead to bag a couple of consecutive victories during the same month.
The brilliant sprinter reaped the same in May, winning an A4 and an A3 race. On June 1, he nicely stood first in the A2 480m Flat. He went on to win a T3 race on June 19.
The skilled hound delivered some classic performances during the last month as well, getting a third, a runner-up rank and a grand victory in a row.
In the light of these stats, it is expected that Abbeyvale Usher will be able to thrive emphatically in the coming contest. However, he will have to be wary of Roeview Beauty who looks to be strong enough.
The C. Price trained fawn b***h has been winning with regular intervals since the dawn of the calendar year. She nicely won The David Haynes Memorial Trophy at Monmore on January 12. She moved on to finish first in the A2 480m Flat on February 18.
The son of Hondo Black out of Farloe Charity marvellously bagged a couple of triumphs in the month of March. The brilliant b***h impressed all by winning a T2 race with the big margin of 5 lengths on July 24. She finished as the runner-up in her last start
named as The Hayley Group Stakes.
Thus, a rip-roaring clash is expected between the two mighty hounds. Let us see who becomes the champion.
