Abc childcare??????

how many people have worked for abc and left or had bad experiences?

I have not personally worked for ABC but am constantly hearing horror stories about people who have or do. People are constantly telling me about the way that management scrimps and saves in order to make a buck for big old Eddy Groves.

I have done relief work in ABC Centres through a recruitment company. I always swore I never would, but then figured that as long as I was costing Eddie money, not making it for him, I didn't mind! The amount of paperwork that the staff have to fill out (to cover legal repercussion is my guess!) is ridiculous and effectively takes the staff away from the children, when that should be the main focus! I have worked in some ABC centres that left a lot to be desired. However I also worked in a few that I would say the staff should be commended. They are fighting an uphill battle with the restrictions placed on them, yet they still put the needs of the children first, and provide educational programmes.
