Question:

Abdominal Pain? What could it be?

I realize there's hundreds of questions here about abdominal pain, but everyone is a little bit different.

I've been having dull to suddenly sharp pain in my lower right abdomen, and occasionally pain between the lower abdomen and bellybutton. Today is the third consecutive day of pain. There's no fever, a bit of problems with bowel movements, and some lightheaded feeling. It's much more painful while I'm laying down or sitting, but getting up hurts as well. Sometimes the pain radiates down my right leg, and there's some back pain, but I believe that's normal. Touching and pushing on the abdomen makes no pain suddenly.

I'm 17, with an irregular cycle, and had an ovarian fibroid.

Sorry for the long question, and thanks for all your help.

  1. You need to consult with your doctor for a proper examination. We can't diagnose over the internet.
