I noticed I was getting a little chubby in the belly so I freeaked out. I'm a sixteen year old guy and I've been doing 200 crunches everynight for the past two weeks, I started off with doing 100 crunches for the other week, so I've been doing thisfor 3 weeks and I've had amazing results. Almost all of the fat is gone and I've been really building some muscle. Last night I noticed my abs were even more muscle then ever after I worked out. I was really happy, but this morning I woke up and almost all of the muscle is GONE! What happened!? Did I work myself to hard?! Now I have even less fat but barely any muscle!
