Abdominal muscles gone!?

I noticed I was getting a little chubby in the belly so I freeaked out. I'm a sixteen year old guy and I've been doing 200 crunches everynight for the past two weeks, I started off with doing 100 crunches for the other week, so I've been doing thisfor 3 weeks and I've had amazing results. Almost all of the fat is gone and I've been really building some muscle. Last night I noticed my abs were even more muscle then ever after I worked out. I was really happy, but this morning I woke up and almost all of the muscle is GONE! What happened!? Did I work myself to hard?! Now I have even less fat but barely any muscle!

  1. After you work out your muscles are filled with blood and fluid, plus they are tensed, which makes them look ripped. In the morning, blood flow to the muscles is very low, and they are relaxed.
