Abdominal pain - lower left quadrant lump

i'm 22 years old i weigh 175 lbs and i'm 5x10; i have a small lump with a 3 in x 2 in really light bruise (hardly can really see it) on my lower left quadrant lump. i think i hurt myself when i was trying to breakdance about 1 1/2 weeks ago i have to tuck my hands on the left and right of my lower quadrants to spin. i'll really concern should i goto the emergency room or do you think it's because of my accident. it doesn't hurt but if i touch it i feel a little uncomfortable (not pain but discomfort)

Are you constipated?  That could just be a hard stool you're feeling.

No matter what, I see no need to go to the ER.  If it's still there tomorrow, call your doctor's nurse.  They might want you to go in.  Good luck!  :)
