hey there! use to work at A&F for a year. Applications are filled out on the computers in the store. Before working at A&F, I mailed an application to the Recruiting District Manager for my region, but never heard from them again! You can try, but dont keep your hope's high!

Its all about looks when it comes to the hiring process. I overheard one of the managers saying that he looks at the size of peoples bodies. The interviews are group interviews which are held twice a week on weekdays depending on where you live. The questions they ask are very easy; for example:

Whats the most craziest thing you've ever done ?

How would you describe yourself ?

Abercrombie likes outgoing and energetic people in their workforce. So dont keep quiet throughout the group interview, speak out as often as you can!

Which position are you applying for? Model? Impact? The model postion is the easiest position since all your doing is ringing up customers, or greeting customers at the entrance. Impact is alot of work and not very fun! You are constantly moving on your feet all the time, returning clothes back to where they were. Or, you'll be in the stockroom inventoring clothing.
