Question:

Abnormal Vaginal opening?

okay so when i first got my period i couldn't use tampons because i could put them in, but they would never come out easily. I also experience a lot of pain during s*x. I've noticed that there is a sort of bump or something covering both my urethra and vaginal hole.

Is this something i should be worried about?

Any ideas as to what could be wrong?

  1. it could be nothing or it could be something

its hard to say so please, just go see a doctor :)

  2. go to the gynecologist.

  3. Sounds to me like a visit to a gyn is in order.

  4. I'm no expert, but it sounds like what happened to me when I was young.  I was still a virgin when I started using tampons and I broke my hymen on the side.  This resulted in a funny hole on the side of my hymen and sometimes the tampons would get stuck there coming out.  I never knew this until a very good gynecologist noticed this and figured this was the cause of my recurring bladder infections.  He did a little "snip job" under local anesthesia and everything was fine.  I didn't experience any pain, but I did have to refrain from intercourse for a short period.

It boils down to...."see a gynecologist"!  Find a womens health clinic if money is an issue.

  5. You need to go see your gynecologist, this may be serious
